The High School Media Collective Thanks OWC for Supporting the Jr Leos at DIFF

(2025-10-10, Los Angeles, CA, Special to the U.S. Times) The 2025 DaVinci International Film Festival opens on Friday, October 10th at 5pm at The Grove iconic shopping center in Los Angeles at 189 The Grove Drive, with a special showcase of the film, NAWI, and a Q&A with the filmmakers. US Times is especially excited that in the midst of these prestigious, fresh, and boundary-pushing independent films from creatives worldwide, lie a dozen finalists in the Jr. Leo category.

The Jr. Leo award is DIFF’s dedicated student film program, first introduced in 2024, which aims to uplift young filmmakers ages 16 and up. Winners will be announced on Sunday October 12th, at the Grove’s AMC theaters, from 11:00 am. to 12:30 pm.

Other World Computing and High School Media Collective are among the sponsors of this year’s Jr. Leo awards, with OWC providing the winner, one out of 12 nominees, with an OWC Express 1M2 4TB portable drive.
