(2025-04-01, Boston, MA, Special to the U.S. Times) Axle AI, best known for its AI-powered media asset management solutions, joins data management and archival pioneer Archiware to announce a new solution designed and optimized for the latest Mac Mini and Mac Studio hardware.

Taking full advantage of Apple’s cutting-edge M4 chips, this collaboration integrates Axle AI’s robust search features, such as its on-premise tagging and scene understanding (recognizing visual elements of assets through machine learning), with Archiware’s ironclad data backup and synchronization tools, as well as their scalable storage solutions.

Both companies area showcasing their products at the 2025 NAB conference in Las Vegas, demonstrating the combined benefits of Axle AI and Archiware on Apple Silicon, including the promise of streamlined workflows, simplified asset management + archival, enhanced search functionality, and optimized performance.

Sam Bogoch, CEO of Axle AI, states, “As AI-driven media workflows continue to evolve, the ability to efficiently search and archive vast media libraries is more critical than ever. Our collaboration with Archiware delivers exactly that—a seamless, high-performance solution that empowers creative teams to organize, find, and preserve their media with ease. By integrating Axle AI’s technologies on the latest Apple hardware, we’re making AI-powered media management and future-proof archiving more accessible and efficient than ever before.”

Marc Batschkus, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Archiware, adds, “Combining powerful and flexible asset management with our P5 Archive creates a complete solution that becomes the file memory of the company. Referencing, reuse and monetization of existing assets becomes quick and easy.”

Cirina Catania of USTimes.biz recently interviewed Sam Bogoch, Axle AI CEO, on OWC RADiO, discussing the benefits of AI-powered media management and how these continuously-advancing tools will change the landscape of media and production.

The Axle AI + Archiware solution will be demonstrated on the show floor at NAB 2025, with Axle AI at Booth SL4830 and Archiware at Booth SL3705 in NAB’s South Hall.
