Tech BFF’s G-Technology and Atomos Partner
HOLLYWOOD, CINE GEAR 2016, Booth #S315A – G-Technology®, a storage brand by Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ: WDC), today announced a partnership with Atomos, designer and manufacturer of smart 4K and HD video production tools, to develop solutions that help creative professionals save time in the content creation process.
The new prototypes will be on display at Cine Gear, June 3-4, in Hollywood at the G-Technology booth #S315A and the Atomos booth #S137.
G-Technology manufactures storage solutions used in studio and on-location by professionals worldwide and Atomos has gained a reputation for their monitor/reorders. Both companies have a high-octane following with studios and independent filmmakers, providing, not just equipment, but educational and informational news as evidenced in videos such as this one from February of this year featuring G-Team Ambassadors, Clinton Harn, Shane Burrell and Simon Walker. This new partnership brings two companies with similar cultures together to serve a common demographic.

We caught up to Jeromy Young, CEO and Co-Founder of Atomos at NAB 2016, who told us he was very excited about what would be coming in the near future.
